- Beginning at 12:01 am on Saturday, September 12, 2026 and ending at 8 pm Friday, December 4th, 2026.
- The WINNER will be drawn electronically on Friday, December 4th, 2026 at 8 pm during an in person Celebration Event in Texas. Need not be present to win.
- Resort Vacation Certificates are offered through Armed Forces Vacation Club and consist of one week (7 nights) vacation stays.

Upgrade fees typically range between USD$240 to USD$1,400 for 7 nights depending on the accommodation and date selected. The upgrade fee is the fee for the entire week (7 nights), not per night or per person.
- The recipient must redeem the Resort Vacation Certificate by the expiration date marked on the Certificate, which is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Resort Vacation Certificate purchases are non-refundable.

All items are sold “as-is” with no returns or exchanges. The highest bidder is responsible for paying for and claiming their item. Some items, such as gift certificates, may be subject to restrictions or expiration dates, and the winning bidder is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor.
Each bidder agrees to hold Renewing Grace Together, its officials, members, employees, and volunteers harmless from any liability.
